DUNCAN FALLS, OH – The Duncan Falls Fire Department is revving up for its 31st Annual Car Show on Sunday, September 1st.

Starting at 10:30 AM, car enthusiasts can enjoy a display of trucks, bikes, tractors, cars, and more, all across the street from 397 Oak Street in Duncan Falls. For $10, participants can enter their vehicles into the show. There will be 10 special awards and 75 lottery style prizes to be given away. Registration runs until 1:30 PM, and awards will be handed out at 4:30.

“We’ll have anything and everything. We take antique cars, hot rods, classic cars, modified cars, tractors, trucks, pretty much anything that has wheels.” Duncan Falls Fire Chief, Don Alexander said.

The show will include door prizes, 50/50 drawings, and a variety of refreshments and food to keep everyone fueled up throughout the day. All proceeds will go directly to the Duncan Falls Fire Department to help fund essential equipment.

“Everything for the fire service costs a lot of money. We do have a tax levy that buys big things like the fire trucks themselves, and things like that. But there’s all kinds of other things, little things, the fire department needs. The car show is one of the fundraising events that we do to help raise money to help buy equipment.” Alexander said.

The car show is free for the public to attend. You can find more details on the Duncan Falls Fire Department Facebook page.
